A 997 GT3 Cup nel box, the origin of the Porsche world on the wall.
In a former sawmill in 1948, at Gmünd, Carinthia (Austria), Ferry Porsche planned and created the first sports under the name Porsche. It was the 356-011, a roadster with an aluminum body and a motor with four air-cooled cylinders developed from a Volkswagen motor. And then in 1950, production of the cars moved to Zuffenhausen, north of Stuttgart.
